My favorite organ is the spleen, not a lot people know this organ, it isn´t commune but this doesn't mean that this organ doesn´t be important, in fact, his function is so important in the human body.

This organ is the size of a fit (11cm) and is located on the left side of the abdomen, just below the rise, it´s relevant delicate and is considered the most vulnerable abdominal organ. The spleen helps us to filter the blood and to purify the waste, at the same time that stories platelets to deal with possible infection, also the spleen maintains a very important blood inside of his.

The spleen is the largest the of the lymphatic organs and the center of operations of the immune system.

How we can care about our spleen:

1.-the drink at least 8 glasses of water, avoid sugary drinks and alcoholics beverages. 

2.-avoid red meats, refined sugars, and flours. 

3.-increase the consumption of foods that have fluorides, such as parsley, carrots, and grapes. 

4.- the juice orange and lemon is also very indicated to detoxify the spleen. 

another topic for the ending is diseases that we can suffer are like when the spleen has a excessive growth and this could be for the HIV, infectious mononucleosis or leishmaniasis and others. 

The spleen is an organ so important in our life but not known so we can do that the world knows this organ, read and share this info, for a better world!!
